Abstract:
To provide a method for managing operation of a cooling tower capable of continuously operating a cooling tower even when there are faults in water supply or sewage systems due to a disaster or the like, and to provide an operation management system and an operation management program.SOLUTION: A method for managing operation of a cooling tower that discharges wastewater to a drainage facility, comprises: when the drainage facility becomes unusable, determining whether or not an emergency water tank can be installed; when the emergency water tank cannot be installed, switching the cooling tower to a non-blow operation; when the emergency water tank can be installed, determining the presence or absence of a water recovery facility; and when the water recovery facility is available, operating it under high load, and when there is no water recovery facility, operating the cooling tower at high concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
