A sintered body 19 having dielectric strips 6 and 7 and wind parts 8 and 9 is obtained by forming resist material 13 with an opening 16 formed thereon on the outer surface of a green compact 14 provided with an elimination suppression layer 15, eliminating the prescribed part of the compact 14 with the material 13 as a mask by a sand blasting method until the layer 15 is exposed and firing and obtained structure 18.
