To provide: three-dimensional microenvironmental structures that can accurately regulate cell behavior such as cell attachment, migration, growth, and differentiation; surfaces for cell behavior regulation; arrays; and methods for manufacturing three-dimensional microenvironmental structures.SOLUTION: Provided is a three-dimensional microenvironmental structure for cell behavior regulation, comprising a nanofiber membrane and two or more peptide motifs of P1 (first peptide) and P2 (second peptide), the P1 and P2 peptide motifs binding to two or more different receptors on a cell to generate a signal that controls the behavior of the cell, the P1 motif comprising a motif that binds to integrin α5β1, and the P2 motif, as a motif that binds to the co-receptor of the integrin α5β1, controlling the activity of the co-receptor of the integrin α5β1 to generate a signal that controls the cell behavior.SELECTED DRAWING: None
