The actuator base 30 has a frame part 31 of a rectangle form, and is also formed so that a pair of yoke parts 32 are interjacent between the long sides 31-1 opposed to each other in the frame part 31. When forming it, the frame part 31 and a pair of the yoke parts 32 are formed in one body by punching a metal plate, and are also formed by punching based on a development drawing where a pair of the yoke parts 32 are at the positions apart from each other.
