Abstract:
To provide a binder for constructing a three-dimensional shaped body layer by layer that enables manufacturing of a three-dimensional shaped body layer by layer that can be removed from an unprinted adhesive mixture made of a substrate molding material and acid or a resin component easily and with a shape contour.SOLUTION: In this method, a binder is used to manufacture a three-dimensional laminate-shaped body layer by layer by using at least one fran resin, 29 to 49 wt.% of monomer-type furfuryl alcohol against the resin component, and a resin component containing acid. The method includes discharging at least one substrate molding material layer, and application of at least one component of the binder layer, which are repeatedly performed step by step. The shaped body manufactured by this method is suitable for a casting mold for metal casting and a casting core.SELECTED DRAWING: None
