Abstract:
To provide a method for producing an adhesive heat dissipation sheet excellent in thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: The method for producing an adhesive heat dissipation sheet comprises the steps of: applying a heat dissipation sheet-forming composition containing an adhesive component and an inorganic filler to form a coating layer; and hot-pressing the coating layer. Preferably, in the production method, the heat dissipation sheet-forming composition is applied to a first release sheet to form the coating layer, a second release sheet is laminated on the coating layer, and then the coating layer is hot-pressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
