Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a thin aluminum foil having, on both surfaces thereof, equivalent surface roughness Ra in unprocessed states.SOLUTION: In the provided method for manufacturing an aluminum foil, an electric field is applied between a cathode drum and an anode plate immersed partially within an aluminum electrolytic solution so as to realize a state where an aluminum electrolytic film laminated on the cathode drum in a shape of a coil or concentric rings are formed, and subsequently, the laminated aluminum electrolytic film is peeled off from the interface thereof. This manufacturing method provides an aluminum foil having a thickness of 1-50 μm, wherein a release surface having a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 μm or above and 1 μm or below is formed on at least one foil surface.
