Abstract:
To provide an aluminum foil with flexibility (resilience) suitable for an application to an electric collector, making it possible to reel the aluminum foil in a coil form and to produce a coiled aluminum foil.SOLUTION: In a method for producing an aluminum foil by applying an electric current between a cathode and an anode, which are immersed in a plating solution for producing an electrolytic aluminum foil, to form the aluminum film in the cathode, and then peeling the aluminum film: an ammonium chloride is used as an additive agent for the plating solution; the ammonium chloride of 0.2-1.5 mol is included with respect to a solvent dialkyl sulfone of 10 mol; the temperature of the plating solution is 105°C or lower; the aluminum foil has a thickness of 20 μm or smaller and is composed of 97 mass% or more of aluminum; and hydrogen detected by thermal desorption gas analysis is between 30 ppm and 200 ppm in mass ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
