Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a micromechanical component made of first material.SOLUTION: The first material is made of an alloy Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5 Ni10Be22.5 and can be made at least partially amorphous. The method includes the steps of: a) providing a mold made of a second material, the mold including a cavity forming a female die for the micromechanical component; b) providing and forming the first material in the cavity of the mold, the first material having undergone, at latest at the time of the forming, treatment allowing the first material to be made at least partially amorphous; and c) separating the micromechanical component thus formed from the mold by the treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
