To provide a method of manufacturing an annular forged part, which manufactures at low costs an annular part formed with a bottom part having thickness smaller than thickness of the peripheral wall part thereof.
A prepared annular raw material is forged to obtain an intermediate part 4 having an annular intermediate bottom part 42, a first intermediate peripheral wall part 43A formed on one surface side of the intermediate bottom part 42 and a second intermediate peripheral wall part 43B formed on the other surface side of the intermediate bottom part 42. The intermediate bottom part 42 of the intermediate part 4 is divided into two along the bottom surface thereof to obtain a pair of annular forged parts.
