To provide a method of manufacturing an antidazzle film and an antidazzle antireflection film having a uniform antidazzle property at a low cost.

The antidazzle film can be obtained by adding organic ligands and hydrates to a solution containing titanium alkoxide, stirring the solution to precipitate titanium dioxide particles, mixing the obtained solution with a binder resin to prepare a coating liquid for an antidazzle layer, and applying the coating liquid on a film base material to form an antidazzle layer. The antidazzle antireflection film can be obtained by forming a low refractive index layer on the above antidazzle layer.
