Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a three-dimensional shaping method such as a powder sintering method, manufacturing an article to include a body part requiring high shape accuracy is difficult; after making a basic shape by the three-dimensional shaping method, forming the body part with high shape accuracy in post-processing is difficult, even if possible, the cost becomes high.SOLUTION: A flange member 201 and a flange member 202 made with high accuracy by such as machining work are previously positioned and fixed on a plate 203. The plates are fixed on a shaping table 601 of a three-dimensional shaping machine, powder of shaping material is laminated on top faces of the flange member 201 and the flange member 202, laser sinter is repeated, and a three-dimensional shaping object is directly fixed. An article, in which a body part requiring high shape accuracy coexists with a body part with an obtainable shape accuracy by the three-dimensional shaping method, can be manufactured with an inexpensive price.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
