Abstract:
To produce an artificial stone powder capable of being used as a material from an aspect of physical properties at a proper cost by a method for crushing/ageing/crushing/classifying a quantitatively delivered dehydrated cake to which a solidifying agent is added.
A dehydrated cake 1 obtained by dehydrating washing turbid water of building sludge 2 or building surplus soil 3 by a dehydrator 8 is delivered by a raw material delivering machine 9 and a cementitious solidifying agent 10 is added to the dehydrated cake. After this dehydrated cake is crushed, the crushed cake is aged to be developed in strength and further crushed to be classified.
