Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manufacture respective asphalt mixture mixed with a 100% new material or the new material and a waste material in an asphalt plant.
SOLUTION: A waste material drier 20 and at least more than two new material drier 1, 1' are disposed in the asphalt plant. Respective new material driers 1, 1' have new material heating ability in which the maximum manufacturing ability of the asphalt mixture required in the plant is divided by the number of sets. When manufacturing the asphalt mixture of the 100% new material, heating of the new material is executed by operating a plurality of new material driers 1, 1' and exhibiting the maximum ability of the plant. Also, when manufacturing the asphalt mixture high with the waste material mixing ratio, the asphalt mixture is manufactured by operating one of the new material driers 1, 1', and the waste material drier 20, and heating the new material and the waste material.
