Abstract:
To mold a member by press molding of a successive feed type while restraining dripping.SOLUTION: An object plate material comprises a plate-like body part and a bent part which is bent to the projection side from an edge of the body part. The object plate material is pressed in the pressing direction between an inside metal mold positioned on the projection side and an outside metal mold, so that a bent member is molded. The outside metal mold comprises an outer main surface and an outer side surface. A part forming a boundary between the outer main surface and the outer side surface is formed as a metal mold corner part. The metal mold corner part is positioned on the outer peripheral side of the bent part. On the other hand, the inner metal mold comprises an inner main surface and an inclined plane. When pressing the object plate material, the inclined plane presses the inner peripheral side of the bent part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
