Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a blasting material, which uniformizes adhesiveness between an iron powder of a nucleus and a zinc material, and efficiently stacks the zinc material on the surface of the iron powder.

In a method for manufacturing a blasting material by stacking zinc or a zinc alloy on the surface of the iron powder, this manufacturing method comprises the steps of: heat-treating the nucleus in nitrogen gas in a temperature range of 200 to 450°C for instance; and charging the nucleus into a zinc bath. It is also possible to previously remove an oxide layer formed on the surface of the nucleus.
