Abstract:
To suppress a thickness deviation of a gel layer at the front and rear of a push-in protrusion in a rotation direction generated by continuous type push-in using a roll.SOLUTION: A method includes a coating step for forming a laminate by feeding a long supporter sheet and separator, and by coating the top of the supporter sheet/separator or the gap therebetween with a viscoelastic material, a die pressing step of pushing in a viscoelastic laminate layer of the laminate from the side of the supporter sheet or separator to divide them, and a die-punching step of cutting the laminate in each region to punch a sheet to be pasted on a body. In the die-punching step, the viscoelastic layer is die-punched by rotating a die-punching roll which has a plurality of dies including push-in protrusions and pocket parts to be partitioned in a roll peripheral part, makes a difference in the pocket depth in a normal direction at the center of the front and rear push-in protrusions in the roll peripheral direction of each pocket part, has a pocket deepest part in a normal upstream, and keeps a pocket depth shallower than on the upstream side in a normal downstream, with the pocket bottom face constituted of gradual reduction or constant, or of combination in a difference from the roll outer periphery in a downstream direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
