To provide a method for manufacturing a bond magnet, that can apply a multipolar magnetic field to a body to be magnetized of the bond magnet having a small size and a small diameter, and a short distance between magnetic poles, and can be produced by a powder molding machine of a highly efficient and simplified configuration.
In a method for manufacturing a bond magnet by raising temperature of a unmagnetized body to be magnetized to the Curie point of a magnet material or higher, then lowering the temperature, and applying a fixed magnetic field to the body to be magnetized, a thermosetting resin powder is thermally cured during the rise in the temperature to the Curie point or higher while applying pressure on a mixed powder 7" of a magnet powder for the bond magnet and the thermosetting resin powder with a powder molding machine 100. Thereafter, the bond magnet for a rotator such as a motor, a rotor or the like having a small size and a small diameter is manufactured by multipolar magnetization of the body to be magnetized by a magnetization part 2 while continuously intercepting heat from a heating means included in a die 4 by a heat insulation part 3.
