Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a brush excellent in a sweep and a tense of use. SOLUTION: A plurality of bundles 1 of sweep hairs drawn out from a take-up reel or the like are penetrated into a feeder 10 and a supporting device 20 and introduced into height control holes in a from 30 to provide differences of altitude δ among the bundles of sweep hairs. Each bundle 1 of sweep hairs is fixed binding with the feeder 10. And tips of the sweep hairs are grinned to treat baking process by a grinder 50 in a condition that the sweep hairs are fixed. Higher tips of the sweep hairs are formed to a half-spindle shape or the like with a large curvature, and lower tips of the sweep hairs are formed to a hemisphere shape or the like with a small curvature. The bundle 1 of the sweep hairs where the ball process are treated are cut by a cutter 60, and cut edges of the bundle 1 of the sheep hairs are attached combined by a heating plate or the like, to provide inserted into a head section of a handle.
