Abstract:
To manufacture a lightweight tough building material from recyclable waste materials.
A method for manufacturing a building material using recyclable materials is characterized in that: a ceramic waste material, an organic combustible material, a ceramic hardening agent, a glass binder and water are mixed and stirred to prepare a homogeneous viscous material; the viscous material is put in a building material mold and molded into a rough building material; the rough building material is dried and heated to 600-1,000°C to burn the organic combustible material; and the resulting material is allowed to cool naturally.
