To provide a manufacturing method of a sizing agent-imparted carbon fiber package, capable of reducing a production loss by restraining generation of chips of a carbon fiber bobbin, by improving high-order processability such as a prepreg and a textile by stabilizing a bobbin end surface shape, by winding a carbon fiber bundle on the bobbin, while stabilizing a yarn width of the sizing agent-imparted carbon fiber bundle.
This manufacturing method of the sizing agent-imparted carbon fiber package, winds the carbon fiber bundle by controlling a change width of the ambient temperature up to finishing winding from a winding start to the bobbin of the carbon fiber bundle within ±5°C to the ambient temperature of the winding start to the bobbin in a process of winding the sizing agent-imparted carbon fiber bundle on the bobbin by a winder. When requiring to adjust humidity, the carbon fiber bundle can be wound by controlling the change width of ambient humidity up to finishing the winding from the winding start to the bobbin of the carbon fiber bundle within ±20% to ambient humidity of the winding start to the bobbin.
