Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material while suppressing adhesion of a gas component generated by heating carbon fiber bundles to a heating device.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material having following processes [1] to [3] in this order. Process [1]: drawing carbon fiber bundles aligned in a crosswise direction in one direction. Process [2]: the carbon fiber bundles are heated with non-contact heater 3 of which a heating surface 2 is arranged in a vertical direction, while moving the carbon fiber bundles in a vertical method. Process [3]: The carbon fiber bundles and a resin or a resin composition are compounded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
