Abstract:
Provided are: a novel cell culture vessel production method; and a cell/spheroid production method using a cell culture vessel obtained by said production method. The present invention pertains to a method for producing a cell culture vessel that is provided with a cell culture substrate that includes a recess having an opening with an opening diameter of at most 1000 μm and includes a culture fluid housed at least in said recess, the method comprising a step for delivering a delivery liquid from a delivery-liquid port having an opening diameter of at most 3 mm and/or at a flow rate of at least 100 cm/s, wherein it is preferable for the cell culture substrate to be a cell culture sheet which is provided with a plurality of recesses each having an opening with an opening diameter of at most 1000 μm, and the recesses each having an inner lateral surface that includes a non-cell-adhesive surface and also each having a bottom that includes a cell-adhesive surface.
