Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a coaxial cable, especially of one containing carbon nanotubes.
The method of manufacturing a coaxial cable includes a first step providing a carbon nanotube structure containing a plurality of carbon nanotubes, a second step mounting at least a conductive layer on the surface of each carbon nanotube in the carbon nanotube structure, a third step forming a linear carbon nanotube structure having the conductive layer, a fourth step forming an insulation layer on a surface of the linear carbon nanotube structure, a fifth step forming a shielding layer on a surface of the insulation layer, and a sixth step forming a sheath layer on a surface of the shielding layer.
