Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a cylindrical coil element having a conductive line in a fine and complicated form without requiring machining such as cutting work to avoid an influence on electrical characteristics due to the occurrence of burrs and that of shavings and an antenna formed of the cylindrical coil element.
A conductive layer is formed on a cylindrical molded body comprising an insulating material, and coil patterns are formed on a location that is previously designed on it by a masking agent. Then, unnecessary conductive layers are removed by an etching agent, and after that, the masking agent is removed. Such a coil-element manufacturing method and an antenna formed of the cylindrical coil element are provided.
