Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a compact loudspeaker that can increase the magnetic flux density in a magnetic gap.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a compact loudspeaker, a first guide hole 51A is fitted to a first reference pin 61, and a voice coil 24 is coupled to a frame 23 through a diaphragm 22. A magnetic portion 33 is mounted onto the lower plate 32 while a second guide hole 53A of a lower plate 32 is positioned by a second reference pin 62 which is provided so as to have a predetermined positional relationship with the first reference pin 61, and a first end portion of the voice coil 24 is inserted into a magnetic gap 31A while the first guide hole 51A is positioned by the second reference pin 62. Accordingly, the assembling precision of the respective constituent components can be enhanced, and the space of the magnetic gap 31A can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
