Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite structure of stable quality by integrating a CFRP member and a metal member in a simple process.SOLUTION: In order to integrate a CFRP member 1 and a metal member 2, the CFRP member 1 has a simple shape, an engaging recess 3 having a dimension allowing loose fitting of the CFRP member 1 is formed in the metal member 2, an adhesive injection hole 4 for communicating the engaging recess 3 to an outside is provided. An end portion of the CFRP member 1 is inserted and fitted into the engaging recess 3 of the metal member 2 and an adhesive injected into the engaging recess 3 from the adhesive injection hole 4 is packed between the end portion of the CFRP member 1 and the inner surface of the engaging recess 3 so as to form an adhesive layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
