Abstract:
To provide a compound for a bond magnet that can be highly filled with magnetic powder by improving the fluidity of a compound for a bond magnet containing a thermoplastic resin, and a bond magnet having improved magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a compound for a bond magnet includes a step of thermally hardening a thermosetting resin and a curing agent to obtain an additive for a bond magnet, the ratio of the number of reactive groups of the curing gent to the number of reactive groups of the thermosetting resin being 2 or more and 11 or less, and a kneading step of kneading the additive for a bond magnet, a magnetic powder, and a thermoplastic resin to obtain a compound for a bond magnet. The magnetic powder includes NdFeB-based magnetic powder and SmFeN-based anisotropic magnetic powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
