Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing concrete form by which a form having a desired curved-surface shape and, in addition, a sufficient strength as a concrete placing form can be manufactured easily.
This method of manufacturing concrete form for constructing a curved-surface shape includes a step of firmly sticking a top board composed of a plate-shaped material having a modulus of bending elastic modulus of 30-1,500 MPa onto sash bars having curved portions. This method also includes a step of calculating the sizes and firmly fixing positions of the top board and sash bars by using the three-dimensional CAD data of an aimed building and the physical properties of the used top board.
