Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a joined body in which a ceramic member and a cobalt-containing metal member may be simply joined at low cost.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a joined body having a ceramic member and a cobalt-containing metal member comprises (1) a step of installing an aluminum-containing metal member on a joint surface of a ceramic member in which the aluminum-containing metal member is installed so that an organosilicon-based polymer is arranged between the ceramic member and the aluminum-containing metal member, and the main chain of the organosilicon-based polymer has a Si-O-Si group, (2) a step of installing a cobalt-containing metal member having 15 mass% or more of cobalt on the aluminum-containing metal member to form an assembly, and (3) a step of heating the assembly to 430°C or more under an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
