Abstract:
To manufacture a conveyer belt having uniform appearance to improve a work environment.
Pressing is performed with sheet-like intermediate materials 5 and 6 interposed between heating plates 2 and 3 of a vulcanizer 4 and both faces of an unvulcanized belt molded body, and the sheet-like intermediate materials 5 and 6 are exfoliated from the conveyer belt 1 after vulcanization. The sheet-like intermediate materials 5 and 6 are formed of a resin having a low friction coefficient including a core sheet formed of woven fabric or knitted fabric.
