To provide a method for manufacturing a corrugated tube which has sufficiently high dimensional accuracy and requires less manufacturing time and labor.

The corrugated tube 1 comprises a hollow bellows part 4 which has at least three adjoining crests 11, 12 and 13 and is formed by hydroforming. In forming, a pressurized fluid is supplied into the inside of a cylindrical produced intermediate 16, and the produced intermediate 16 is pushed in the axial direction S1 by punches 34 and 35 so that the bellows part 4 is formed by pressing the produced intermediate 16 to the bellows part forming face 25 of a die 10 which is formed into a shape corresponding to the outer circumferential face of the bellows part 4 and is coated. A liquid lubricant is applied beforehand to the outer circumferential face 16a of the produced intermediate 16, and the amount of the push by the punches 34 and 35 of the produced intermediate 16 in the axial direction S1 is set to virtually 3.3 mm or more.
