Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cosmetic containing superfine air bubbles in which various types of gas as superfine air bubbles can be mixed into a cosmetic being highly viscous liquid.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing cosmetic has: a conveyance process S30 of conveying from a storage tank 1 to a hopper 2 for dividing into a smaller amount; and an injection process S40 of injecting the liquid conveyed to the hopper 2 from an inlet 3 into a product container 10, in which the method has a superfine air bubbles generation process S35 of generating superfine air bubbles in the liquid while the liquid conveyed to the hopper 2 moves from the hopper 2 to the inlet 3. In the superfine air bubble generation process S35, a superfine air bubble generator 20 equipped with a compressor 21 and an air bubble generating medium 22 is used, the air bubble generating medium 22 is formed of a porous high-density complex a part or all of which is a complex of graphite and non-metal, and gas is pressure-fed from the compressor 21 into an internal space 22a of the air bubble generating medium 22 to generate superfine air bubbles from fine holes 22b of the air bubble generating medium 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
