After a die tightened state is maintained for a prescribed time, burrs 32 protruded from ends of a male die 14 are trimmed on a female die 11 along circumferential edges of the male die 14, while simultaneously terminals are heat-fused. By thus conducting trimming in such a stage, release of the terminals is eliminated, and sizing afterwards is not necessary, thereby processing is simplified.
