Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorated cinerary urn that can be manufactured in a short term and further can be decorated with high originality without the same pattern among individuals.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a decorated cinerary urn includes the steps of: forming a base layer 11 on an external surface of a vessel body 1, and forming a colored layer 12 by coating the surface of the base layer 11 with a colored coloring base material, and by coating with a resin paint containing at least gloss metal powder and drying the colored layer 12; forming an outside surface layer 13 by coating the surface of the colored layer 12 with a transparent or translucent clear paint and drying the outside surface layer 13; performing a baking step, and masking an outer surface of the vessel body 1; and coating an inner surface of the glazing vessel body 1 with a primer clear base material 14 and drying the glazing vessel body 1; forming an inside gloss layer 15 by coating a resin paint containing at least gloss metal powder and drying the inside gloss layer 15; forming an inside surface layer 16 by coating the surface of the inside gloss layer 15 with the transparent or translucent clear paint and drying the inside surface layer 16; and performing baking.
