Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive which shows superior antiseepage properties to a surface decorative material from a decorative process molded sheet, high resistance to dry cracking, outstanding weatherability, high resistance to hot water and antiboiling adhesive force.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a decorative laminated sheet is to bond a base and a decorative material together using an adhesive. In addition, the method is characteristically to use the adhesive obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. (in terms of a solid content) acrylic emulsion and/or synthetic rubber latex with 4-150 pts.wt. (in terms of a solid content) water-soluble polymer comprising 60-99 wt.% (meth)acrylic amide and 1-40 wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer or use a mixture of the adhesive, a filler and a heat-setting resin.
