Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve forming accuracy of a deformed steel bar by preventing the generation of burrs and uneven wall thickness at the time of blanking and to curtail manufacturing costs at the same time.
SOLUTION: A metallic plate bar stock 2 having a fixed thickness made of copper alloy whose softening temperature is 250°C to 600°C is fed for rolling by pinching the metallic plate bar stock 2 with a die 1 and a roll 4, by which a thick thickness section 14 and a thin thickness 12 section are formed and the deformed steel bar 12 is obtained. No annealing is performed and a product of the deformed steel bar is obtained.
