To provide a method for manufacturing a diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer which has a high elastic modulus and is superior in rigidity conventionally difficult to be achieved by using pulp, is inexpensive with respect to bacterial cellulose, and is easily manufactured; the diaphragm manufactured by the same; and the electroacoustic transducer which can expand a reproduction frequency band to a high-frequency side furthermore than by using a diaphragm using bacterial cellulose fibers, is superior in high-frequency characteristics, and has excellent sound quality, by using the diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer.
The manufacturing method includes: firstly pulping wood, subjecting the obtained pulp into TEMPO oxidation treatment to produce TEMPO oxidized cellulose; dispersing the TEMO oxidized cellulose into a liquid dispersion medium; manufacturing a diaphragm through a forming step of forming a diaphragm element body to be used as a raw material of the diaphragm into a predetermined shape; and thereby constituting the electroacoustic transducer by using the diaphragm.
