Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a selectively di- or tetra-substituted compound having a structure of dibenzo[g,p]chrysene.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing dibenzo[g, p]chrysene having a first step of heating and mixing a mono- or di-substituted 9-fluorenone with phosphorous acid compound to obtain a spiroketone body which is dimer of 9-fluorenone, a second step for heating and mixing the spiroketone body with alcohol to obtain a spiroalcohol body and a third step for heating dehydrating the spiroalcohol body with a reductant to obtain di-substituted or tetra-substituted dibenzo[g, p]chrysene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
