To provide the manufacturing method of a dielectric filter, with which a resonance electrode is made thick, performance can be improved and dislocations, deformation and contraction can be prevented, the resonance electrode can be formed as designed, and a high dielectric constant can be obtained.
A burned substrate 12, which is formed by burning dielectric ceramics and has recessed parts 14 on an upper face, is prepared (Fig. 1 (a)). Conductors are embedded in the recessed parts 14, and conductor parts 16 are formed (Fig. 1 (b)). An insulating layer 18 is arranged on the upper face of the burned substrate 12 using resin and ceramics, so that it covers the conductor parts 16 (Fig. 1 (c)). An input electrode pattern 7 and an output electrode pattern 8 are formed on the upper face of the insulating layer 18 (Fig. 1 (d)), and in addition, the insulating layer 18 is arranged on the patterns 7 and 8 by covering them (Fig. 1 (e)).
