The ear mold E based on a custom-made impression to be connected to an ear-hanging type hearing aid via an elbow 13 and a tone tube 21 is so formed that a hub 12 having an elbow attachment hole, a sound induction tube attachment hole, and a mold material introduction hole is embedded in the ear mold 17, the sound induction tube 14 is attached to the sound induction tube attachment hole of the hub 12, the elbow is attached to the elbow attachment hole of the hub 12, the tone tube 21 is attached to the elbow 13, and the hub is fixed to a mold material 17 of the ear mold via the mold material introduction hole.
