Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an eccentric oscillation type speed reducer in which a process tolerance of a crank shaft is high, and transmission loss and oscillation can be so suppressed as to be smaller.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing an eccentric oscillation type speed reducer 10, which includes a gear installation part for installation of a distribution gear 30, and first and second eccentric parts 20, 22 which respectively oscillate first and second external tooth gears (planetary gears) 14, 16, in which a crank shaft 18 is so supported as to be rotatable around an axis O3, and in the state that the crank shaft 18 is rotated around the axis O3, the gear installation part of the crank shaft 18 and the first and second eccentric parts 20, 22 are processed without changing the support state around the axis O3.
