Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electret capable of controlling the charge amount of an electret material, i.e., the absolute value of surface potential as an electret index, in the increasing direction.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an electret has a deposition step for forming a coating film on the substrate surface by using a coating liquid where a fluorine-containing resin is dispersed into a solvent, a drying step for drying the coating film following to the deposition step, a charge injection step for injecting charges into a resin film of fluorine-containing resin obtained after the drying step, and a heating step for heating the resin film of fluorine-containing resin after the charge injection step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
