Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing cost-down caused by a rational setting and a labour saving in an assembling of a electromagnetic pump to a combustor and in an adjustment process for keeping a discharging flow rate of fuel oil within a range of predetermined value and assure its quantity.
SOLUTION: This electromagnetic pump is provided with a terminal C13 for connecting a fixed resistor R between both end terminals A11 and B12 of windings of two solenoid coils. A discharged flow rate of the electromagnetic pump is measured by charging-over each of two fixed resistor R1, R2 having different high and low resistance values. The aforesaid two points are connected by a corrected connecting line. A predetermined resistance value is calculated in reference to a crossing point between a line indicating a predetermined discharging amount and a connecting line indicated in an additional resistance-flow rate diagram (not shown here). A fixed resistor 16 having a resistance value simialar to a predetermined resistance value is selected in such a way that this value may be set on an allowable range of a predetermined discharging amount. The resistor is temporality connected between the terminals A and C, energy is supplied between the terminals B and C by an inspection driving circuit and the fixed resistor which is temporality connected is permanently connected only when it is condemned that the value is within an allowable range predetermined discharging amount.
