Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture endless rubber products with little variation in quality within the products and among the products by using nano materials.SOLUTION: In a molding die M for manufacturing endless rubber products, at the die matching part between a first die 10 and a second die 20, together with a cavity 50 formed by cavity formation grooves 12, 22, a gate 80 in communication with a material preparation part 40 is structured on the inner circumference side or on the outer circumference side of the cavity 50. The first die 10 and the second die 20 are arranged in a die matching state, and uncrosslinked rubber composition R blended with a nano material(s) is prepared in the material preparation part 40, then in a state where the second die 20 is energized toward the first die 10 side, the uncrosslinked rubber composition R prepared in the material preparation part 40 is pressed and caused to be flown into the cavity 50 via the gate 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
