Abstract:
The present invention provides an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin manufacturing method and a solar cell sealing material sheet. The method comprises the following steps: putting 70-80 weight% of vinyl monomer and 20-30 weight% of acetic acid vinyl ester monomer into a tube-shaped reactor, adding peroxide initiator formed by a mixture, performing polymerization for 2-10 minutes under the pressure of 2400-2700 kg/cm 2 at the polymerization temperature of 180-210 DEG C, employing the tert-Butyl peroxyneodecanoate alkyl ester compound with 4-5 of carbon number of the (A) alkyl group, mixing (B) selected from the peroxide trimethylacetic acid compound with 4-5 of carbon number of the (B) alkyl group in the range of (A) and (B) of 50-80:20-50, and the peroxide ethylhexoic acid compound with 4-5 of carbon number or the peroxide trimethylhexanoate compound with 4-5 of carbon number.
