Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent stripping of resin from a yoke main member due to contraction of resin by previously expanding and deforming the open end of the yoke main member for injection molding. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 24 is provided with a taper concentric circular projection 24a. A U-shaped opening portion is expanded from the original form by theta along the taper portion 24a and previously deformed by pressing the upper mold 24. The inside diameter of a lower mold is formed in such a manner as to add an expanded width G produced by such previous deformation to the inside diameter of a yoke main member 10. A plurality of air exit holes 23 are radially mounted in the vicinity of the base 7 of a U-shaped yoke main member so as to improve fluidity of resin inside and outside an exciting coil 11. After injection molding, the yoke main member is separated from the mold 24 when hardening resin is hardened to the extent that the resin is fluidized and deformed not more than necessary by restoration of the expanded yoke main member. Even if hardening is further promoted to cause contraction, it is followed by restoration of the yoke main member, so as to check a gap produced in the boundary between the yoke inner wall and resin.
