Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the extraction forming die for inner-finned flat perforated pipe by working a continuous projecting part of a projecting piece for forming hollow part before division forming by a plate-like 1st electrode worked into a zigzag knurled surface on its one side and a 2nd plate-like electrode equal worked to knurled surfaces on its both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:For the continuous projecting part 2a before division forming the projecting piece 2 for hollow part forming on the male die 1, by performing the electrical discharge machining using one pair of the 1st electrode members 5, 5, both side surfaces of the continuous projecting surfaces 2a are formed into the rugged surfaces 3a of zigzag section. Then, using a number of 2nd electrode members 6, these are disposed in the butted state on the continuous projecting part 2a in a cross state and spacing the prescribed intervals, then, by performing the electrical discharge machining, the continuous projecting part 2a is divided and simultaneously both right and left side faces are formed into the rugged surfaces 3a with the zigzag sections. Then, forming material introducing part 3b, bearing part 3, and neck part 3c are formed and the male die 1 is accomplished.
