Abstract:
To inexpensively provide a polish finishing ferritic stainless steel pipe suppressed in generation of rust with excellent weather resistance.
When manufacturing the polish finishing steel pipe by performing rough polishing and the subsequent finish polishing for the ferritic stainless steel pipe 5, the finish polishing is performed in a state of a surface temperature of a raw steel material maintained to 110C just after passing a finish polishing tool 7. The surface temperature of the raw steel material can be maintained to 110C by adjusting the number of stages in use for a polishing tool.
