Abstract:
To provide a fiber-reinforced base material which hardly causes warpage and a method for manufacturing the same, and a shutter blade having high accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced base material includes: a first step of preparing first sheet materials 1 in which reinforcement fibers oriented in one direction are embedded in a thermoplastic resin, and a second sheet material 2 that contains a thermoplastic resin and has a belt shape; a second step of arranging two first sheet materials 1 on both surface sides of the second sheet material 2 so that the orientation directions of the reinforcement fibers are aligned; and a third step of passing the second sheet material 2 in which the first sheet materials 1 are arranged on both surface sides between at least a pair of heating rollers 400 and thereby melting the thermoplastic resin of the first sheet materials 1 and the thermoplastic resin of the second sheet material 2, integrating the two first sheet materials 1 and the second sheet material 2, and obtaining a belt-like fiber-reinforced base material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
